普段の生活にもよく使われる丸形蛍光灯（サークライン）をそのまま本体と同化させることにより、光の輪が浮遊しているようにみえる不思議な照明がhoop（フープ）です。サークラインを水平ではなく、正面に向けたその姿は、まるで意思をもつキャラクターのよう。製品生産時に生じるパーティングライン（素材のつなぎ目）を一切廃する仕上げ加工は私たち印designがハンドメイドにてひとつひとつ丁寧に制作する事でのみ可能です。熱で溶けたような柔らかな身体を持つhoopは工業製品から逸脱した、まさに芸術的な照明に仕上がりました。
現在、スロベニアにある Vertigo Bird 社により、hoopの商品開発が進められています。

The mysterious lighting seen like floating on the round shape fluorescent lamp (Sark line) often used to usually life as it is by the main body and making it assimilate in the dark is "hoop". An independent appearance is a way of the character with the intention according to turning to the not horizontal but front the Sark line. The process to abolish all parting line (joint line of the material) caused while producing is possible only by us because we produce them in handmade. "hoop" with the melting soft body by the heat deviated from the industrial commodity, and is exactly artistic lighting.
Now, Product development of hoop is being advanced by Vertigo Bird Co. in Republic of Slovenia.
